Symptoms

When selected Agent Dashboard Responsibility within Customer Support Specialist responsibility, getting a message:

"The setup to enable 'Get Next Work' Button is incomplete. Please contact your system administrator."

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Login to Oracle Applications
2) Select Customer Support Specialist responsibility
3) Select Agent Dashboard
The following message is on top of the page:
"The setup to enable 'Get Next Work' Button is incomplete. Please contact your system administrator."
