PO Approver Did Not Receive Notification For The Change Order. (Doc ID 330730.1)

On 11.5.10
Change Request Notification is not received by Buyer's Approver. Buyer do not have approval authority.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Create NCR with amount based line type for amount : 249.50 and send to approver.
2. Req Approver receives notification to approve the requisition and approves it.
3. Buyer goes and autocreates the PO from this requisition , and tries to approve it which goes to Buyers Approver.
4. Buyer's approver approves the PO.
5. Preparer makes the changes on the requisition and reduces the amount to 150 and submits the changes.
6. Logged in as Req Approver and there is no notification to approve the requisition change request.
7. Logged in as Buyer and see the Notification for PO change Request , buyer approves the changes.
8. However the PO stays in status 'IN PROCESS' with amount as 249.50.
9. No notification recevied by Buyer Approver.
