When ordering an item with a warranty in Order Management the Installed Base Instance is being created but the Warranty Contract is not being created.
The profile option 'CSI: Enable Contracts for Open Interface' was not set or was set incorrectly (No) originally.
This profile option is then set to 'Yes' but the problem persists.
