Symptoms
On 11.5.10
When using the UWQ -> next work feature, tasks get distributed only if the user is the owner of the Task.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
--------------------------------
Expect that the functionality should distribute tasks to that belong to the group that the user (agent) belongs to.
STEPS
----------
1) Create Service Request Task
2) Assign Task Owner to Group
3) Run the Sychronize and Active Work sources Concurrent Program
4) Access the UWQ and do a Next Work
Next work does not distribute the task unless the task owner is assigned.
