Symptoms

The approval workflow, HXCEMP, shows the following error.

Error Message  ORA-20001: System Error: Procedure hxc_find_notify_aprs_pkg..hr_supervisor_approval at Step 30 Cause: The procedure hxc_find_notify_aprs_pkg..hr_supervisor_approval has created an error at Step 30. Action: Contact your system administrator quoting the procedure hxc_find_notify_aprs_pkg..hr_supervisor_approval and Step 30.
