Symptoms
Drop ship items getting stuck in inventory interface.
These items have legitimate reservations on them with the correct order number and item number but seems that when the material transaction occurs it reads the information from reservations as if it is not applicable for the item. The records are failing
ERROR

Negative balances not allowed
WORKAROUND
-----------------------
Delete reservations and resubmit material transaction.
Verified the issue by the inventory debug log file:
INV_TXN_MANAGER_PUB: Moving header ID 38246725 to temp table
INV_TXN_MANAGER_PUB: Error in post_temp_validation : Negative balances not allowed
INV_TXN_MANAGER_PUB: SQL : User-Defined Exception
Changes
Changed organization parameter to prevent negative issues.
