Symptoms

You are setup to use a 4-4-5 Accounting Calendar 4-4-5.
Proxima payment terms are not looking into accounting period definition to calculate the due date. Instead calendar months is used to calculate due date.

For example.
Period MAY-05 ( 01-MAY-05 - 28-MAY-05 )
JUN-05 (29-MAY-05 - 02-JUL-05)

Proxima payment term "NET 15 Next month"
Invoice Date 28-MAY-05 Due Date - June 15th (As Expected)
Invoice Date 29-MAY-05 Due Date - June 15th (You expect July 15th and May 29th date is in Accounting Period JUN-05)
