Symptoms
FATAXUP errors:
Asset number 100001
Cache: Error retrieving row from FA_CONVENTION_TYPES table for:
Prorate Convention: MID QTR
Fiscal Year Name: CR FISCAL YEAR
Cause: You have a database problem.
Action: Contact your system administrator.
ORA-01403: no data found
Error: function fa_cache_pkg.fazccvt returned failure
Error: function fa_asset_val_pvt.calc_prorate_date returned failure
Error: function fa_asset_calc_pvt.calc_fin_info returned failure
Error: function fa_adjustment_pvt.do_adjustment returned failure
