Symptoms

For a Direct Delivery Internal Sales Order, when saving receipt in RCVRCERC, error occurred as follows:

rvtptcontrol failed


This may also be accompanied by error of:

RVTII-060: Subroutine INV_TXN_MANAGER_PUB.process_Transactions() returned error


Receiving Transaction Processor (RTP) Log file includes the following:
