Symptoms
On 11.5.10, find Purchase Orders can not be Received in WMS Enabled Orgs, and the following error occurs.
Error:
Error rvtptcontrol failed - RVTTH-115b: Subroutine process_transaction() returned error
InvDebug log shows the following WMS error messages:
The following error is found in the INV debug log
