Symptoms

Log on to CRM Administrator > Territory Manager > select the territory you are interested in 

> e.g. Sales Territory > you will see X lines ( duplicate ) of  each Sales Territory instead of one.

(where X is the number of Operating Units you have setup on your APPS instance)

The same behavior occurs when you go on the Territory qualifier tab after opening any Territory :

you will see any territory qualifier (e.g. : Country = France)  multiplied by X (number of Operating Unit in this instance).
