Process_Order API Error On Get_Seq_Info

This problem can occur on any platform.


Calling Process_Order API to create a new order, it err's with the following
messages in the debug file :

transaction phase :F
before calling get_seq_info
Category Code1009
Set of Books1001
after calling get_seq_info
Get Order Number-exception

User is able to enter an order manually using sales order for the same transaction type.
