Symptoms

Created Internal Requisition in Netherlands and converted into ISO in US and shipped it. The Inventory transaction for shipping is costed in US. Ran Create Intercompany AR Invoices in US. Applications shows completed normally and log shows loaded one invoice line. Checked ra_interface_lines_all and found no record loaded.
