Information in this document applies to any platform.
The workflow mailer is randomly processing e-mail notification responses and it is moving responses to the DISCARD mail folder.
1. Users enter Requisitions using iProc. Shop, Checkout and Submit.
2. Workflow Notification should be sent to the appropriate Approver (Supervisor) etc.
3. Approvers open email notification, Click Approve and a new Compose email message window opens,
it is automatically populated with relevant information and the users clicks'send'.
4. Notice that these items appear in the DISCARD folder and are not updating the 'status' of the request in Oracle.
