Currency LOV is not Getting Populated In The Account Summary Page Of iReceivables (Doc ID 333560.1)

Symptoms

The Currency LOV is not getting populated in the account summary page of iReceivables

While in the account summary page for a given customer,
no currency is displayed and the drop down list next to the currency is blank.

If clicking on the Show Aging Link or on the GO button next to the currency LOV it gives a form
error.

ERROR
-----------------------
Form validation failures: A value must be entered for "Currency".


STEPS
-----------------------
1 Login to iReceivables
2 Select iReceivalbles 2.0 Internal responsibility
3 Search for the customer using customer search
4 Click on the account summary icon.
5 Now in the Account Summary Page, Click on Currency LOV.
Message Occurs.
