Submitting service request from eBusiness center or Contact Center errors with the following series of messages:
1. ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called in Package
JTF_TERR_SERVICE_PUB Procedure Get_WinningTerrMembers - click ok
2. Unexpected execution error has occurred in the Territory API - click ok
3. Program Error: There is an error in call to
GET_ASSIGN_SR_RESOURCES in API JTF_ASSIGN_PUB.GET_ASSIGN_RESOURCES
Action: Please contact your system administrator - click ok
4. API Error (CS_ASSIGN_RESOURCE_PKG.Assign_ServiceRequest_Main). Unable to assign Service.
Request Individual Owner. Please check your territory setup or manually assign the Service
