Certain Users Default To FND Type When Trying To Add Approver To Appr Group (Doc ID 333973.1)

Symptoms

When adding approvers to approval groups some users are defaulting to FND user types when trying to query for HR User types. All people trying to be added are setup as employees in the HR People screen. Some query up as HR type, some query up as FND type.

Issue was verified with print screens indicating two users. Both are entered as employees and one shows as FND User and the other one shows as HR User in AME when trying to add them into an approval group.
