Web ADI Create Document Fails - Connection to The Server is Unavailable Error on Worksheet

WEBADI - Create Document
OICM - Import Processes
From Internal Control manager, choose Import processes. This launches the Web ADI Create Document Integrator. When the user clicks on Create document, this should launch Microsoft Excel and create the required template.
Microsoft Excel is opened, but the created spreadsheet does not contain any of the expected rows or columns. Cell A1 has text, which starts <BNEBOOT></BNEBOOT>. That cell also contains the text:
"The connection to the server is unavailable / Please contact your support representative."
