APP-FND-01564 ORA-1403 in fdxwho When Viewing Record History FORM:INVIDITM.FMB - Define Item Information
Symptoms
When attempting to view a record history for an Inventory Item in the Master Items or Organization Items form (INVIDITM.fmb), the following error occurs.
ERROR

APP-FND-01564: ORACLE error 1403 in fdxwho
fdxwho failed due to ORA-01403: no data found
The SQL statement being executed at the time of the error was:
and was executed from the file &ERRFILE.
STEPS
--------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Inventory > Items > Master Items OR Organization items
2. Select Organization and query item
3. Click on Help > Record history
