When submitting the Lockbox Import program the following error is encountered:
FRM-40735: ON-COMMIT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04062.
Click the details button it says:

ORA-04062: signature of package "APPS.FND_REQUEST" has been changed

The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:

au resource ARXTWBAT.pll
au resource ARXRWAPP.pll
au resource ARXTWCMI.pll
au resource ARXTWMAF.pll
au resource ARXTWSCR.pll
au resource ARXTWTAX.pll
au resource ARXTWLIN.pll
au resource ARXTWMAI.pll
ar forms/US ARXTWBAT.fmx

Using ADADMIN to compile the forms resolved the lockbox issue but the batch form ARXTWBAT.pll and ARXTWBAT.fmx still fail to compile.

Compilation errors on ARXTWBAT_FOLDER_BUTTONS:
PL/SQL ERROR 306 at line 31, column 8
wrong number or types of arguments in call to 'OPEN_WINDOW'
