On 11.5.9 in Staging:
Find that after applying Family Pack K, the following error occurs when accessing the Benefits Service Center.

ORA-01403: no data found



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.
1. Open the Benefits Service Center form.

Error occurs.
