Unable To Search For Customers in Sales (ASN) (Doc ID 336019.1)

Symptoms

You are trying to search for customers in the Sales (ASN) application. However, if you have the profile option - ASN: Customer Access Privilege is set to sales team you are unable to search for customers.

You have another instance that is a clone of the environment where the issue is reported and you are able to search for customers in that instance with the profile set to sales team.

If you set the profile ASN: Customer Access Privilege to full you are able to search, but this is not a valid workaround

You need to be able to search on the basis of sales team as sales agents cannot have access to all customers.
