Trying to authorize a credit card transaction via the iPayment PL/SQL API
IBY_PAYMENT_ADAPTER_PUB.OraPmtReq and results in error message:

"IBY_0001 The payment system, the processor, or iPayment’s electronic commerce servlet is not accessible. You should resubmit the request at a later time."

Test authorizations via the iPayment Payment Administrator responsibility and the Operations tab (JAVA API's) are successful.

Results of running the iPayment script ibyautst.sql  (PL/SQL API) show error:

IBY_PAYMENT_ADAPTER_PUB.OraPmtReq package returns following error:
