Can A Dummy Bank Account Be Associated With A Counterparty? (Doc ID 336547.1)

When defining Counterparties need to specify the settlement bank accounts of the counterparty. These accounts are used while generating the daily payments and receipts letters or statements. Issue is while defining counterparties which are banks where the client holds accounts, there are no settlement accounts for the counterparty. Can a dummy account with the Account number as Bank name followed by the currency like ABN AED Account be defined because settlement accounts are mandatory?
