Contact Center: Drilldown Error: 'FRM-40105: Unable to resolve reference to item PARTY_ID' (Doc ID 336594.1)

Symptoms

Unable to access a profile variable in Contact Center form Dashboard.

Steps:

(R) Service   -- or 'Customer Support' in 11i
(N) Customer Management > Contact Center

- Query for Customer in Contact Center header
- Select Dashboard Tab and press Refresh
- Click on a Profile to open Drilldown:
- Get a popup error:

'FRM-40105: Unable to resolve reference to item PARTY_ID.'

You may also get a second message:

'FRM-41403: Cannot set DEFAULT_WHERE: invalid value.'

Issue does not occur for all profile variables, but only one.
The other drilldowns do not give the error and open up fine.

Changes

Had recently changed the SQL definition of this Profile Variable.
