Is There Somewhere in Oracle That the ISO Country Codes Are All Stored?

Goal
You have found many lists in the database that have country codes, but what you really need is a list that will include ALL ISO Country Codes -2 char and numeric values , 3 char if available.
Is there somewhere that these codes would be stored? Or is there a complete list that would include them?
Just out of curiosity - what is the EU_CODE used for?
