Symptoms

On 11.5.10
Interface Trip Stop completes with warning. The log file shows the following error:

MTL_ONLINE_TRANSACTION_PUB.process_online returns false
Error Code:Transaction processor error
Error Explanation:An error occurred while relieving reservations.
