OKEKFDWB: No Values in Party Name LOV In Funding Workbench After Role Source Change

Symptoms
You have modified the Party Source for the "Fund By" Party Role from "Contract Party" to "Customer Account (OKE)"
After doing so, Fund By parties are defined on a contract.
In the funding workbench however, these funding parties do not show up in the list of values (LOV)
for the Party Name of the Funding Source.
When the "Fund By" Party Role source is changed back to "Contract Party", the funding parties still do not appear in the LOV.
