Customer Interface Issue: Customer Interface Does Not Import Customer Site Level Profile For A Second Site Imported When Another Site Already Exists (Doc ID 337392.1)

Customer Import (RACUST) does not import the site level profile from table RA_CUSTOMER_PROFILES_INTERFACE, if you import a new site with profile to an existing customer.

The site level profile does not get imported to AR, but gets deleted from RA_CUSTOMER_PROFILES_INTERFACE.
Also the Outfile states that the profile has been imported fine. 

Following are the issues:
Once after importing the customer profile at site level for a customer, the subsequent import of customer profiles for
new sites for the same customer does not import the records through Customer Interface.

After having created profiles for a customer both at  customer level and site level for org-A, Customer Interface
does not create site level profile for the same customer for another org, i.e., org-B.
