CSFFEDBF.fmb - Debrief

Symptoms

Unable to create Service Request in Field Service.
Debrief process is getting completed with a status of 'Completed with Error' and the error field is getting populated with an error message.

Steps:

Field Service Debrief:

1. Create a Service Request and a Task.
2. Add a technician to the Task.
3. Enter Labor Debrief Line and try to complete it.

=> Error

CS_Service_Billing_Engine_PVT: Create_Charges calling cs_tm_labor_schedule_pvt.get_labor_coverages api ended with error.
API Programming Error Get_Labor_Coverages: The Time and Material schedule cannot be used at this time as the schedule is not completely setup for this Business Process ID: &BUSINESS_PROCESS_ID.

Make sure to complete the Time and Material Labor Schedule without any gaps or overlaps for this Business Process ID. (BUSINESS_PROC_ID=<Proc_ID>)

API Error (Get_Labor_Coverages): The application cannot use the Time and Material schedule for the business process with ID &BUSINESS_PROCESS_ID because the schedule setup is not complete.
Please complete the setup on the Time & Material Labor Schedule window ensuring there are no gaps or overlaps. (BUSINESS_PROC_ID=1000)
