Symptoms

When attempting to ship confirm or autocreate and/or unassign a delivery in the Shipping Transaction Form, any of the following errors may occur:


ERROR
---------

FRM-40654 Record has been updated. Requery Block to see changes.

OR

The action can not be performed because the selected records could not be locked.


STEPS
---------
1) Order Management Super User Responsibility
2) Shipping
3) Transactions
4) Query order
5) Perform any of the following actions from Actions LOV:

  1. Ship confirm
  2. Auto Create Delivery
  3. Unassign a Delivery
