Create Site Button Not Working When Updating Customer Account In OCO (Doc ID 337970.1)

Oracle Customers Online - Version: 11.5.10
This problem can occur on any platform.

Symptoms

The ability to create customer accounts has been reintroduced with IMC.M
However the Create Site button does not work.

Note: Accounts can not be created in IMC.K and IMC.L.
Accounts can be created in IMC.J and after IMC.M.

Not able to create customer account sites with the application of Famly Pack G. (IMC.M)
