Symptoms

When attempting to assign Category to Sequence 1 the following error occurs.

APP-FND-01706: Error updating TABLE_NAME in FND_DOCUMENT_SEQUENCES

STEPS
1. Via the Order Management Responsibility.
2. Navigate: Set up > Documents > Assign
