Pricing Error Hold Gets Applied After Ship Confirm, Preventing Invoice Interface (Doc ID 338110.1)

Symptoms

Interface Trip Stop errors out and leaves a Pricing Hold on the Order Line that prevents the line from
being Invoice Interfaced. You have to manually release the Hold everytime and process the order line again.
The Interface Trip Stop Log file shows the following, which indicates the error is due to Null value for
Context: PRICING ATTRIBUTE and Attribute: Freight Cost returned by the Pricing Formula that is associated

with the Freight and Special Charges Modifier that is used to convert the Cost entered at the Delivery Line to a Charge.

Here is how the section of the log file looks like:
