Payroll Payments Not Available For Clearing (Doc ID 338142.1)

Purpose

 Try to manually clear payroll checks in Cash Management using the function:
 CE>Bank Statement>Manual Clearing>Clear Transaction
 Not able to view any Payroll Transactions.

Scope

Status of a Payment cannot be cleared from Oracle Payroll, a journal entry in Oracle General Ledger, or a settlement from Oracle Treasury.
