Symptoms
- On 11.5.10 in Production
- Learner's are not able to see certain Courses and Offerings created
in Same Business Group even if Learner Access is not defined.

Ability to see all available Courses and Offerings created .
STEPS

1.Create an Offering for an existing course and view through Learner Self-Service.
