Symptoms
On 11.5.10 in Production:
When running the standard cost update, some organizations take many hours before completing, while others
complete much quicker.
CMCICU, hangs with CMCICU-0005 freezing quantities.

Cost => Item Costs => Standard Cost Update => Update Costs (CMCICU).
