This bulletin has been created to address how the CS_INCIDENTS_ALL_B table is updated in 11i when populating the Incident Address of the Service Request form.
This bulletin is intended for use by Consultants, Support Analysts and Developers. We assume that the user is familiar with the Oracle Service and Oracle Customer Care applications and is also familiar with the tables in Oracle Applications.
