Goal

How to remove the following shipping exception at the time of ship confirm:

WSH_INVALID_TPDATES Latest Dates are lesser than the Earliest Dates
Latest ship date xxxx/xx/xx xx:xx:xx is less than the earliest ship date

This occurs for all Deliveries.  The exceptions read as " Information only ".  However, because the message occurs for all deliveries, after some time the shipping department fails to  recognize a true exception.
