Total Hours On Timecard Confirmation Screen Are Not Displayed In Summary Section (Doc ID 339314.1)

Symptoms

Lot into Self Service and enter Time card > click on submit and get timecard
confirmation page.
There is a block on this page above the Timecard details that is titled:
Hours Entered regular and Premium - this do get populated, but just has zeros in it.
