Customer Form, Address Issue: Customer Has Two Addresses But Customer Form Shows Only One (Doc ID 339449.1)

Symptoms

Querying a customer shows that it has multiple addresses in the Match Results Form. Navigate to one of the Customer records (i.e. Customer Number column is not null), then click OK.

The Customers - Standard form opens and the Addresses tab only shows one address, instead of the complete list of addresses shown in Match Results form. This form should show all the addresses listed in Match Results.
