Create Address in Customer Online Errors FND_VIEWOBJECT_NOT_FOUND.TOKENS: VONAME = HZPUILOCATIONVO (Doc ID 339608.1)

Symptoms

1. Log onto 11.5.10 OCO
2. Define lookup Type CA_PROVINCE under Application Developer 
   Navigate to Application -> Lookups -> Common 
3. Query up a type called CA_PROVINCE (seeded value), 
   confimred I have it setup the same as client 
4. Confirmed that I have a Value Set called PER_CA_PROVINCES (seeded as well) 
      List Type is List of Values, Table Name = FND_COMMON_LOOKUPS 
      Defined exactly the same as client 
5. Compile the DFF Address 
6. Assign this Address Style to Country Canada 
7. Checked it works well in Customer Standard form 
8. Log onto OCO 
9. Create a new address in Canada, 
     As soon as you choose country CANADA, you see: 
     Message not found. Application: FND, Message Name:       
     FND_VIEWOBJECT_NOT_FOUND. 
     Tokens: VONAME = HzPuiLocationVO; APPLICATION_MODULE =   
     oracle.apps.imc.ocong.root.server.ImcRootAM;
