Symptoms
On 11.5.10, when attempting to enter correction quantity between -1 and 0 (it is not the same for quantities between +.02, -1.5) the following error occurs:

RVTII-060 Subroutine INV_TXN_MANAGER_PUB.process_Transactions() returned error
Steps To Reproduce
PO: Receiving > Corrections
Enter correctıon quantity between -1 and 0 and save the correction transaction.
