This problem can occur on any platform.
When attempting to update Attribute10 from the Ont.oe_order_lines_all using the
OE_ORDER_PUB.Process_Order API, the following error occurs :
ORA-01403: no data found in Package OE_ORDER_WF_UTIL Procedure Get_Wf_Item_Type
This is seen when creating order in iStore.
