EXECUTABLE:RVCTP - Receiving Transaction Processor

Symptoms

Receiving Transactions Open Interface (ROI)  is used to process receipts for Standard Purchase
Orders inserting rows in RCV_HEADERS_INTERFACE and RCV_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE.

When using Transaction_Type = 'RECEIVE' the receive transaction is correctly created.
However when using Auto_Transact_Code ='DELIVER' and Transaction_type = 'DELIVER',
the transaction is rejected with a 'RCV_TP_INVALID_QUANTITY' error.
