FRM-40502: ORACLE error: unable to read list of values

Symptoms

User cannot find and select items to add to quote in Quoting.

The possible messages that can be received are :

Error

In HTML receive 'No records found matching the given criteria.'

In Forms Quoting, this could result in any of the following errors
   FRM-40502: ORACLE error: unable to read list of values.
   FRM-40212: Invalid value for field INVENTORY_ITEM
   FRM-41830: List of Values contains no entries

 

Note: If the category drop down field does not have any categories categories available to search from in the ADD PRODUCT page in HTML Quoting, please refer to <Note 1231434.1> - Drop-Down List For Categories is Blank When Adding a Line On HTML Quoting

User does not find any items or expected items when searching in the iStore catalog section using Quick Search nor Advanced Search.
