Goal

You are running adjkey -initialize

This allows you to enter the following parameters:
 Please specify a common name to be assigned to certificate [CUSTOMER] :JB_APPS
 Please specify an organization unit to be assigned to certificate [ORGANIZATION UNIT] :JB_APPS
 Please specify an organization name to be assigned to certificate [ORGANIZATION NAME] :JB_APPS

You then re-signed jar files using admin however the certificate being show when connecting to forms does NOT show the values you entered above, instead it shows the default values.
