Cannot Reverse Journal from Inquiry form on (Doc ID 341329.1)

Symptoms

Reverse option is not present for a journal from the inquiry menu on. This was possible in release 11.0 of applications.



Changes

In release 11.0 next example would apply:

    1) N\Inquiry\Account
    2) Inquire an account for example 01-110-1110-0000-000
    3) Click button "Show Balances"
    4) Click button "Journal Details"
    5) Click button "Show Full Journal"
    6) Click button "More Actions"
   
    The button "Reverse Journal" is indeed available and the journal can be reversed.
    Verified this in Journals=>Enter

In release 11i this is not the case anymore.
