Knowledge Base Returns Java.Lang.Arrayindexoutofboundsexception: 1 (Doc ID 341404.1)

When entering a service request on iSupport, the system returns the following
error when the matching knowledge base articles list exceeds one page and the
user clicks the link to navigate to the next page of the articles listing:

java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: 1

The same error does not occur when knowledge base search is not initiated by a
service request.

Knowledge base returns java.lang.arrayindexoutofboundsexception: 1

1. Create a new case. Enter problem summary and other required fields.
2. Click next to initiate the knowledge base search. Ensure you use a generic
enough problem so you have more than 15 articles (so it has more than one
page of hits)
3. Click the Next button
4. You receive "java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: 1" error.
