This problem can occur on any platform.
Symptoms
1.Create a Purchase Order from Purchase Order localized window with taxes attached.
2.Save and Approve the Purchase Order.
3.Create the Receipt from Receipt localized window.
4.If the Receipt routing Standard ,ensure that the Location specified is already defined with Organization in "Additional Info".
5.If the Receipt routing is Direct Deliver ,location is not mandatory but sub inventory is mandatory,ensure that Sub inventory is Associated with Organization and Location in "Sub inventory Locations".
6.If any of these setups are missing then following error would occur:-
APP--20120: No India Localization setup for this Location error found in RCVTP.
